Pete Musser is a Co-Founder of Intrepid Capital Partners. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Musser Group LLC, a financial consulting company. A veteran of the technology and financial industries, Mr. Musser has been a leading figure in the business world as both an entrepreneur and a chief executive for more than 50 years.
Mr. Musser is perhaps best known for his role at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. As the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1953 until 2001, he facilitated the formation and success of many of today's top Fortune companies, including QVC, Comcast, Novell, Inc. and more. Today, Mr. Musser continues to serve as Chairman Emeritus of Safeguard. He also remains active on a number of corporate boards as a Director of Internet Capital Group, Inc., NutriSystem, Inc., Chairman of Telkonet, Inc. and InfoLogix, Inc. and Vice Chairman of Health Benefits Direct Corp.
Mr. Musser is a strong supporter of and contributor to the community at-large. He is a member of a variety of civic, educational, and charitable boards of directors, and serves as Chairman of The Eastern Technology Council, Chairman of Economics PA, and Vice Chairman of the National Center for the American Revolution. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering at Lehigh University.
Cyrus Vandrevala is a leading private equity investor who has been a pioneer in investing in private companies by utilizing cross-border synergies. Mr. Vandrevala has founded and successfully operated companies in the U.S., Russia, India and the Middle East.
He currently serves as Co- Founder and Vice Chairman of Intrepid Capital Partners.
To-date, Mr. Vandrevala through various investment groups has invested in over 100 companies. He received the Global Investor of the Year Award at the 2015 Asian Business Awards, which recognize Asian business excellence, acumen and achievement. Mr. Vandrevala is also a well-known international philanthropist.
Roy Rodrigues joined Intrepid Capital Partners as a Managing Director in February 2013. Prior to joining ICP, he served as the India Head of Oak Investment Partners, a private equity firm, and prior to that was CEO and Group Executive at Anand Rathi Securities, a financial services firm and one of the largest Indian brokerage houses based in Mumbai. At Anand Rathi Securities, Mr. Rodrigues founded and led a profitable investment banking business. Before joining Anand Rathi, Mr. Rodrigues spent over a decade with Bear Stearns in their New York office, where he was a Managing Director heading the IT Services Investment Banking practice, as well as running their India franchise. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Sydenham College in Mumbai, he worked with Arthur Andersen in their Mumbai office. Mr. Rodrigues received his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
